    Access participating in DFG’s New Collaborative Research Centres

    The Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, German Research Foundation) has approved the establishment of 13 new Collaborative Research Centres (CRCs, SFB, Sonderforschungsbereich). This was decided by the responsible DFG Grants Committee at its spring session in Bonn. The new CRCs will receive a total of 93.1 million euros in funding for an initial period of three years and nine months. read more...

    Dr. Norbert Arndt, newly appointed to the position of Executive Vice-President, Structures and Transmissions, Rolls Royce plc, from August 1 2013, has completed 6 years of board membership at Access. Regretfully, in his new position he will no longer be able to make himself available for serving on the Access Supervisory Board.
